Our BELIEFS

We believe that life in Jesus Christ is filled with the passionate love of the Father and the manifest power of the Holy Spirit.

As a profession of our faith:

  1. We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. (Deut. 6:4; John 15:26; Col. 1:1-19, 2:8,9;1Peter 1:2;1John 5:1-7)

  2. We believe the Holy Scriptures as given by God are divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy and must be the supreme authority in all matters that pertain to Christian faith and conduct. (Isaiah 40:7,8  Matt 5:18,19; 2Timothy 3:16; 2Peter 1:20,21)

  3. We believe salvation and eternal life are given to all who place their faith and trust in the saving grace of Jesus Christ as witnessed by the sacrament of baptism. (Rom. 10:9-10, 6:4-7)

  4. We believe that New Covenant believers can live in the full power of the Holy Spirit given to us on earth after the ascension of Jesus Christ into heaven as celebrated through the sacrament of communion. (Acts 19:2-6, 1Cor. 11:23-29)
